Information with assignment envelope identifies Ed and Charles Middleton, probably as clients. Thanks to Terri Middleton, who adds: "note the wedges in the cut to the right of the oil bottle on the log. These kept the cut open while the buckers sawed so the cut wouldn't close up on the saw."
