The five-masted lumber schooner VIGILANT was built in 1920 by Matthews Shipbuilding Co., Hoquiam, was 241 feet long, 44 feet wide and could carry 2 million board feet of lumber. Tug JOHN CUDAHY became the HENRY FOSS and was later lost in Alaska.
