Hoquiam River
An aerial view by Stan Spiegle. Thanks to Kristopher Koski, who noted that the photograph was reversed: "This is West Hoquiam as the original photo describes. The photo is looking north. However, the photo was inverted. The river flowing towards the top is the Little Hoquiam River. At the top of the photo, the Little Hoquiam River enters the main branch of the Hoquiam River. The bridge shown crossing the Little Hoquiam River before it enters the main branch is at the location of the existing bridge crossing of US 101 over the Little Hoquiam River. The reservoir seen in this photo can be seen on Google Maps and USGS Topographic maps. The grassy area is Sunset Memorial Park."
