Located at Broadway and Wishkah (the door leads out to the corner of these two streets) this site was later a Godfather's pizza restaurant and in 2007 is a Pizza Hut. Thanks to Terri Middleton for contributing information.
Thanks to Kathleen Peterson who adds: “During WWII nylons were a scarce commodity. Through the 'grapevine' women would hear about a shipment of nylons coming and they would swarm over the store trying to get some. Nylon was not readily available because it was being used in parachutes for the military. Oilcloth table coverings were also in high demand."
