This 18-foot diameter tree was cut with a 10-inch saw. Thanks to Sam Talley who notes: "In this series of four photos (#14230_1, #14230_2, #14231_3, #14231_1) the crew is working on the one tree. The undercut in which the woman is posed allowed the logger posed on the far right of photo #14230_1 to crawl into the hollow center of this big cedar, where he can cut all around the tree from the inside of it, working his end of the saw from a cramped, dark and dangerous position as seen in photo #14231_1."
