Thanks to Terri Middleton, who notes: "This was the first annual Clamboree in Aberdeen. One of the features of the event was Grays Harbor's Most Handsome Truck Driver, won the first year by Russell Hindman. The judges were Marian Holmes, Mary Johnson, and Nora Ruuska of the Business and Professional Women's Club as well as local radio personality Stan Spiegle."
