Description

Thanks to Rosemary Stilson Channel, who in 2009 adds: "Eighty-one years ago my first "outing" was a trip to Point Grenville with my parents, Harold & Mildred Stilson who lived in the Pacific Beach area off & on for over 40 years. I was 3 months old on my first trip and enjoyed many others over the years before it was closed to tourists. So many memories....."
Added thanks to Sam Talley who notes: "Point Grenville is south of Taholah along Highway 109. Its beaches and offshore sea stack rocks rival those along the Oregon coast. Because it is on the Quinault Indian Reservation, you must buy a visitor's permit at Taholah and may be required to have a guide."
