This photograph was taken to publicize the need for a special levy to bring Aberdeen teachers' pay in line with others in the state. Pointing to the chart is James Wilson, president of Grays Harbor Central Labor council. With him are (L) Mrs. Warren Lilliquist & Mrs. Walter Heikkila of the local PTA and Marvin Holm the secretary and treasurer of the Grays Harbor Central Labor council.
