Thanks to Gary Gozart who adds: "This station is where my mother and I would wait for the Greyhound bus. We walked to it on a trail from near our home on Karjala Road. I can remember her walking this muddy trail in the winter wearing hat and gloves and heels."
This photograph appears on page 59 of William D. Jones' "Motor Cars and Serv-Us Stations" under the number 15387. Book caption reads : "Central Park Texaco photographed January 20, 1938. Central Park, Washington is about five miles east of Aberdeen on U. S. Highway 12 which starts in Aberdeen and goes to Chicago, Illinois."
