Description

Thanks to Sam Talley, who notes: "This could possibly be at Preachers Slough.  These old log rail carriages do not have tilt decks. This one has stoppers on the ends of the cross members. The right side ones have been released (folded down). The steam dumper lifts the log load via the cable and the load splashes into the water"
