Thanks to Sam Talley, who adds: "This is inside the harbor at Westport by the fisher's monument. You can catch some excellent perch from these 'finger' jetties, we use red and white feathered jigs that fish cannot resist. The old standbys of razor clams or pile worms also work well.  The water is usually very cold for swimming, but a lot of swimmers do it."
