Thanks to Sam Talley who notes: "This appears to be the South Montesano bridge on Highwy 107 going from Raymond to Montesano. The publc boat launch is on the far side of the Chehalis River on the right side. Later on, a huge eagles nest sat on top of the big power pole for years."
