"My great great Aunt's married name was Hazel Haggerty. She married Charles Haggerty who built this building [image no. 10308_4] that used to house the highway grocery and now [2009] has the health food store. Above the store were apartments named Haggerty after Charles Haggerty of course. I believe my aunt's maiden name was DuBay, but I am not positive about that. The first graduating class from Weatherwax was in 1911 and Aunt Hazel was in that class. She got a pigskin diploma. I was the fourth generation to attend and graduate Weatherwax and my sons were of course the fifth generation."
