Aberdeen Weatherwax High School football team and coaches, photograph for the "Quinault" annual. Thanks to Ed Gegen for the following identifications: "Coach Stew White is at far left in glasses, coach Ron Langhans is far right next to stairs, to his left kneeling is coach Dewey Van Dinter. Head coach Eklund is the other coach. I believe this photo is 1971 or 1972 because I was on the 1970 team and I don't see myself or friends."
Additional thanks to Glenn Hilliard, who identifies two players: himself in the front row, number 34, and the next year's starting quarterback Rob Hallam, number 14. Hilliard adds: "I have a short story that deals with what led up to the last Thanksgiving Classic touchdown in 1973. I have a first hand account. I scored it."
