Thanks to Sam Talley who notes: “This movie, directed by William A. Wellman, was about members of a family who witness two murders, but a gang uses threats, violence and kidnapping in an attempt to prevent testimony from the members of the family. Its writer, Lucien Hubbard, was nominated in 1932 for the Oscar in Best Writing - Original Screenplay."
