Thanks to Sam Talley who notes: "Although this car has a Buick emblem on the front it is not a Buick. It is similar to the 1902 but that year's car had tiller steering. Its not a 1904 because they had a radiator in the front. There were very few of either made. It must be a home-made contraption."
